A complete battery diagnostic, including collection and return. We'll identify the fault, explain what needs to be repaired and provide a repair quotation before any additional work is carried out.
Your £75 diagnostic fee covers the entire diagnostic process, including collection of your battery, professional testing, and its return to you. Any repair work is quoted and charged separately.

Purchase this service, and we'll arrange collection of your battery.
We diagnose the battery
Once received, we'll inspect and test the battery to determine what's causing the problem.
We report our findings
We'll contact you with the results of the diagnosis and explain what needs to be repaired.
You decide whether to proceed
We'll provide the cost of the recommended repair. No repair work will be carried out without your approval.
Your battery is returned
If you don't want to proceed with the repair, we'll return the battery to you. The £75 diagnostic fee still applies. If you approve the repair, the repair cost is charged separately.
! What does the £75 cover?
The £75 payment covers the collection, diagnostic assessment and return of your battery.
It is not a deposit towards the repair.
Whether you approve or decline the recommended repair, the £75 diagnostic fee remains payable because it covers the work involved in collecting, inspecting, testing and returning your battery.
No repair work is carried out without your approval.
Repairs
Depending on the fault we identify, repairs may include:
- Battery cell replacement
- BMS replacement
- Charging port repairs
- Connector, switch or wiring repairs
- Case repairs
- Other battery-related repairs where possible
Repair costs are quoted separately after diagnosis. The cost will vary depending on the battery, fault and parts required.
Battery safety
All batteries are handled using appropriate lithium-battery safety procedures, including secure handling, storage and compliant transportation.
Please note: The diagnostic service does not guarantee that a battery can be repaired. The purpose of the service is to establish the fault and provide you with the available repair options and associated cost.
