In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 7-Day Home Trial so you can make sure the Impala is the right bike for you. Ride it around your local area and, if it is not the right fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. The eBike must be returned clean, undamaged and in resaleable condition, with no more than approximately 10 miles recorded on the odometer. Original packaging is not required. All supplied accessories, charger, keys and promotional items must be returned complete, undamaged and in good condition. A £65 collection charge applies to returns made under the voluntary Home Trial. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the bike being received and inspected. This Home Trial is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights. The Home Trial is intended solely to allow you to assess the suitability of the eBike and must not be used for extended recreational, commuting or commercial use.
2-Year Warranty. Covers the frame, motor, battery and electrical components against manufacturing defects. Excludes normal wear items (tyres, brake pads, cables) and accidental damage.
