This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver all products purchased directly from Big Game Bikes (biggamebikes.com).

This policy forms part of our overall Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Processing Times

1.1. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

1.2. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

1.3. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

2.1. Delivery times vary depending on the type of product purchased:

  • eBikes: Delivered using a specialist lithium-battery-compliant courier. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Accessories, upgrades and smaller items: May ship from the UK, EU, or USA depending on stock availability. Delivery typically occurs within 5–15 business days.
  • Pre-order items: Shipped the day after we receive stock from the manufacturer. Estimated dispatch dates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Some specialty items may take up to 45 days depending on supplier origin and logistics. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


3. Delivery Address Requirements

3.1. Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.

3.2. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

3.3. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.


4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1. Due to lithium battery regulations, eBike shipments require a specialist courier and may not be available to all regions.

4.2. We generally only accept orders from the United Kingdom. If we do accept an order with an international delivery address, the customer is responsible for:

  • all import taxes and duties;
  • local regulations and compliance requirements;
  • any delays caused by customs inspections.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

5.1. If no one is available to take delivery at your address, the courier will attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.

5.2. If delivery fails due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal of delivery, missed collection), additional redelivery fees may apply.


6. Risk & Ownership

6.1. Ownership and risk of the goods passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6.2. Once delivered, you are responsible for the product, including any loss or damage.


7. Damaged or Faulty Goods

7.1. If your product arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or videos to support faster resolution.

7.2. Confirmed faults are handled under our Limited Warranty and/or applicable consumer law.


8. Tracking Your Order

8.1. A tracking link will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.

8.2. Some items may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.


9. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

9.1. If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated delivery timeframe will be shown on the product page.

9.2. Dispatch will occur as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse.


10. Shipping Fees

10.1. Shipping fees vary depending on location, product size and courier method.

10.2. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.
